A follow-up to the Japan-only release Students of the Round, Demon Gaze is a dungeon crawler in which the hero, Oz, travels to a mystical world and explores dungeons, kills monsters, and earns fat loot. Oz isn't alone on his quest, though; his constant companion is a magic eye that can seal demons. Players can also mix and match seven character classes and five character races to create secondary adventurers that accompany Oz on his dangerous journeys. The gameplay is split between killing baddies in underground dungeons and hanging out at the inn, where players build relationships with non-player characters and spend the loot they earn underground.
