An adventure/dating sim game that lets you, as the highly-pressured EVA pilot Shinji, seek the interest of a new girl at school named Mana in this side-story to Gainax's anime blockbuster series. The story takes place fully in the out-of-battle world that Shinji exists in, including the school and Misato's home, and features simple choose-your-own-adventure gameplay through still frames story sequences (drawn by Gainax) that lead you to one of three endings.
Based on the enhanced Special Edition remake of Neon Genesis Evangelion: Iron Maiden (Girlfriend of Steel), this PSP release offers enhanced visuals, additional scenarios, special features (access galleries, replay scenarios, and an auto-save function).
