Rasmus Klump and his friends are on their way to Pingonesien on the good ship Mary. They are visiting Pingo's grandma on her birthday. On the way to the birthday party Rasmus, Pingo and Skaeg collect balloons in certain colours, while Pelle has to collect all the other items they need for the party.
