This bizarre, cult-fave PC Engine shooter is loaded (intentionally) with homosexual innuendo. Players control male character Ideran or female Benran, who can shoot energy beams from their hands, accompanied by two flying musclemen Adon and Samson (the "Big Brothers" of the title).
