Ok, it looks like we need to clarify some stuff. The first important
fact poeple should know is the the current psp loaders do not load 100%
of games yet. The developers are doing a bang up job but still some games
come along that don't work at all or crash. Take for instance our first
release, Death Jr. This game sat unplayable for months before the
release of UMD Emulator 0.8 which allowed you to play death jr.
Fast forward to last week. We released NBA 06 which upon an initial test
did not work with any of the loaders. We verified the dump was good but
eventually chalked it up to a game that won't work yet in current
loaders. However, confident that a new version of UMD Emulator would
probably load it fine we released the iso. Then we see this come down
the pipe NBA_06_USA_WORKING_PSP-LIGHTFORCE. Your first instinct is that
your old friends at artisan let you down eh? Fear not friends! Using
cunning forum browsing lightforce came across a "fix" that involved
replacing some prx files from an older game, much like the fix used for
winning eleven 9 jap. So they downloaded our iso, unpakced it, ripped
some dummy files, replaced tghe prx files and created a new iso that
they could label WORKING and impress their friends. Too bad none of them
actually tried their rip, or they would have noticed that one of the
first windows to come up says that it cannot save to the memory stick.
In fact, you can't save at any time in the game. So while you may be
able to actually play it, it is in no way working and should not be
passed off as a better version than the full iso
