Syphon Filter 3 continues the adventures of covert operative Gabe Logan and his team as they try to rid the world of the deadly syphon filter virus. In the wake of the events of Syphon Filter 2, Logan finds himself and his friends under suspicion from the U.S. government for committing acts of treason. As the different members of the team testify, players will reenact missions from times past, including a level that represents the events of the original opening cinema from the first Syphon Filter. As the game progresses, these missions from the past are mixed with present operations.
The story continues in this way, and players will receive new information on the government's role in the development of the virus as the plot takes its twists and turns. Players who've experienced the gameplay of the previous titles will be immediately familiar with this game's mix of third-person and first-person perspectives.
Along with the single-player game, Syphon Filter 3 offers a number of different multiplayer options. In addition to a basic deathmatch component, in which two players can take on each other in any of the 19 levels, the game also offers a number of mini-games such as Thief, Elimination, and Assassination. These games all have different goals, and when a player beats a difficulty level in one of them, another difficulty level opens up.

Card Games is a value-priced PlayStation title containing six different card games tied together with a casino interface. Draw Poker, Blackjack, Baccarat and Seven-card Stud are the traditional entries, with the less-familiar Speed and President rounding out the package.
Casino mode starts you out with a small amount of chips and the goal of winning enough cash to purchase items at the shop. Merchandise includes new background music, access to higher stakes tables, and most importantly, furnishings for your room. When the game begins, your room is empty, but as you earn money you are able to buy a variety of products such as wallpaper, carpet and TVs. Your winnings and all merchandise purchased are saved on the memory card at the end of each session.
In Free mode, you receive more money, can choose from 14 different CPU opponents, and play against another human player. Rules and instructions for each game are contained in the Manual mode.

The first dodge ball game released on the PlayStation, All-Star Slammin' D-Ball features a horizontal view of the court as eight teams compete in one of two modes: Single Match and Tournament. Teams are individually rated from one to five in throwing, catching, dashing, and dodging abilities. Offbeat male and female characters of varying skill play for the Wild Cats, Pranksters, Heart Breakers, Ninjas, Snipers, Fireballs, Thunder Bolts, and Elementals.
The game follows the general rules of dodge ball, in that the object is to knock out the opposing members of a team within a time limit. Players with the ball can aim right, left, high, or low. Thrown balls can be caught by the opposing team, which awards them points. These points can then be used to implement special throws such as the grenade, boomerang, and the screwdriver, making the balls more difficult to avoid or catch. Options include adjustable time limits for Single Matches and three levels of difficulty.
- Includes 1-player and 2-player tournaments as well as a versus mode
- Each team is rated in Throw, Catch, Dash and Dodge
- Use special attacks to increase the power of a throw by as much as three times

Enter a world where humans and creatures called Timenoids coexist. These blue-skinned Timenoids are determined to wipe out the inferior human race, and this is where you come in. You play the role of Millennia, a young woman who was brainwashed at an early age to do the Timenoids' bidding. She now believes that the humans must be exterminated from the world, which is rather ironic, since she is human herself. Yet if she succeeds, the Timenoids have promised her immortality and the power to become one of their own...
In this sequel to Tecmo's Deception, you are once again placed inside a castle to lure invaders into various traps. The game differs from the original in several ways, however. The view is no longer first-person, so you can see your character at all times. Multiple traps can also be triggered at once (up to three), forming even deadlier combinations than the original. In addition, the vibration mode is supported on the Dual Shock Analog Controller to provide feedback on each gruesome death. Prepare for a non-linear journey as the decisions you make during the game affect the type of ending you'll receive. Maybe, just maybe, you'll remember your past...

From the days of the PS one, this downloadable game allows you to play the classic original on your PSP handheld system or PS3 home console.
Raccoon City has somehow fallen victim to a zombie outbreak and it's up to you as either police officer Leon Kennedy, or Claire Redfield (sister to Chris Redfield from RE1), to find out what's going on. The adventure, which takes place in 3D using pre-rendered backgrounds, drags you through spooky crash sites, abandoned buildings, experiments gone wrong and more -- all the while battling undead monstrosities, solving puzzles and, most of all, trying to stay alive. Lots of weapons and other gadgetry allow for some truly disgusting mayhem. It's an incredibly frightening game that delivers a light back-story and lots of slasher movie, jump-out-and-go-boo scares.

Oddworld: Abe's Exoddus is another wild adventure for Abe and his enslaved friends. Cast with a zoo of bizarre characters almost all of whose favorite past time is to injure, torture, or brutalize the benevolent Mudokons Exoddus features similar gameplay to the first Oddworld title, namely 2D platforming. People have always flocked to this series because of the lovable characters and offbeat sense of humor found in the games. New characters include Fleeches, Greeters, Slurgs, Slogs, Flying Sligs, and Sloggies. The old favorites have also returned and include Scrabs, Paramites, and Sligs. A new wrinkle in the game is that you can now possess Scrabs, Paramites, and Glukkons; you can command Sligs to do your dirty work as well.

The current ruler of Planet Entymion is near death, so the time has come to select a new emperor. The Entymionians don't waste tax dollars or time holding elections; they race for glory. Instead of cars, hovercrafts, or spaceships, they race bugs. Big, flying bugs. Whoever wins the "Great Race" is not only revered as the greatest bug rider throughout the entire planet, but is also crowned Emperor of Entymion.
Bug Riders offers a twist on the racing genre. Choose one of eight insect mounts and race across the six courses making up the "Great Race." Instead of having a normal accelerate button, you must cane your bug to make it move faster. But watch out, you don't want to hurt the little guy. The six tracks are filled with shortcuts and power-up items, such as missiles and bombs, to blast your opponents. Do you have what it takes to defeat the power-hungry bug riders?
- Fly across six distinct courses on one of eight insect mounts
- Collect weapon power-ups to use against rival riders
- Race against a friend on your choice of a horizontal or vertical split-screen display

The Armored Core series represents the most comprehensive mech simulation on the PlayStation, and Armored Core: Master of Arena was designed to uphold that detail-oriented, yet quick-moving, simulation tradition. Play through a new set of missions with a new story, and build up your Armored Cores (known as ACs) to get your pound of flesh as you take the role of a young AC pilot who's sworn vengeance on a mysterious, terrorist AC, who killed your family. All that matters is catching the AC with the 9-ball emblem.
Your search for the enigmatic AC puts you straight into the Ravens' Nest, complete with the useful AC garage. You'll get orders via e-mail from your sponsor, and earn money by completing the assignments that also serve to further the storyline. The mission areas are large, polygon worlds in the underground cities of this post-apocalyptic future where clever AC design and construction demands clever piloting with equal usage of all available attacks, including energy swords, rocket launchers, shields, hand lasers, and really big energy cannons. Adding parts to your AC results in better performance and drastic changes in the appearance of the AC itself by letting you design your own AC emblems and color schemes to personalize these engines of destruction. The customization features come in handy when you take your labor of love into the arena against your friends' custom ACs to determine the best gear jockey.
Fans of the past games will instantly recognize some of the music. The garage theme, for example, is straight from Armored Core, and From Software stocks the game with all the requisite mech game sound effects. So if vengeance is a dish best served cold, Armored Core: Master of Arena allows you wait until the alloy cools, and isn't that all anyone really wants?
