I have document.dat files for each game but there is no software I can find that works properly to extract manual scans to png as is shown for some games on the website. And I don't have PSP hardware.

there are 2 plugins for PSP: first is for psp games (docdump.prx and pspdoc.prx) and second for official psone for psp games (ps1doc.prx)...
you can't dump w/o PSP hardware, sry...
